The movie sucked, the guy said he needed the money and then all of a sudden he decided to save the boy and put the money aside, you almost killed half the country, not really a good story but the action was non stop just pointless action. started to feel sleepy about half way through. You guys completely missed randeep hooda ??.
So, THIS is what happens when you dont go for the head. At least Chris is still alive and well. The role of being a soldier really fits him very well... Almost too well. I dont like the ending of this movie. This was a phenomenal movie! Love the ending scene and especially loved that continuous take. Can we expect a sequel? Cuz at the end the kid comes outta pool and sees Chris so maybe a sequel.
Being a massive fan of Call of Duty, this movie is pretty much what we spend hours doing.
Definitely not for everyone, this is a shoot them up movie.
Made me think of John Wick, kill my dog and I"ll reduce the carbon footprint of Los Angeles...
It does however beg the question, does the child of a drug lord deserve the onslaught? These are easily one hundred people killed in cold blood for the life of this kid? Is he worth it? There"s no purpose?
Chris is doing great stunts and the action is brilliant, but if he wants to be a "Brad" as it says in the movie, he"ll have to start taking on some dialogues...
Come on guys work on the plot and dialogue a little next time...
Many mistakes about actual language used, accent, settings of Bangladesh and Dhaka. You cannot shoot scenes somewhere else call it that country and not use local resources. Not expected from a major production.
This movie was actually better than I thought.

Extraction is an action packed thrill ride. Definitely one of those films you set aside any character development or story. Just enjoy the action flick for what it is. Chris Hemsworth leads the role and he can take on a heroic character. Like how Keanu Reeves leads John Wick. Hemsworth takes a beating. He uses guns, objects, or knives in any fight he can get into. Chris Hemsworth plays a mercenary, who is assigned to rescue a drug lords son in Dhaka. While the kidnappers who puts a huge bounty on the sons life which has the corrupt police, military, and other henchmen all after the son and Chris Hemsworth. The film is action packed. The director can manage the action sequences. It is brutal. And there is one long take with the action scene that was impressive. The character Ovi (Rudhraksh Jaiswal) who is the drug lord son. I will say the weakest thing about the movie is Rudhraksh Jaiswal performance. It was hard to understand his dialogue with all the mumbling every time he spoke.
Otherwise, Extraction is a good action film. Chris Hemsworth is great. The film is non stop with the exciting brutal action. If your into shoot em up films like John Wick. Than this movie would be for you.

Amazing film, watched it last night and was blown away by the cinematography throughout especially that one-take car chase. I felt like I was there in person. Excellent directorial debut.
I wanted to see what the cinematographer has to say about his/her work lol. A well-made movie with lots of mistakes! From Bangladesh ????. Just saw this Netflix what a great action film. Fantastic film, can"t wait to see more of Sam. If u cant find someone who cuts your hair, just shave it off. Its not like you"re meeting anyone Edit: Many thanks for likes friends.

There"s a reason the salons are closed. Hyped as F. In this scene there are lots of bollywood songs in background. Great movie. I highly recommend watching this. Very excited for that ??.
